Stephane ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er und sein Partner sind sehr hilfsbereit und den Gästen gegenüber aufgeschlossen.
Das Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer ist sehr komfortabel und auch ruhig gelegen. Bei nächster Gelegenheit kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Chambre et commodités parfaites avec même un espace sur la terrasse, quartier agréable, promenade des anglais à 20 minutes à pied. Hôte accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande absolument !

The host was very pleasant. The room was good and with own bathroom. A lovely balcony which I enjoyed very much. It's easy to reach everything on foot and the beach is close by. Lots of supermarkets. The owner has a cat which doesn't create any problems. It's very quiet. I would stay here again if I was going to Nice.

I really felt at home in Steph´s accommodation. The room with bathroom en suite is cosy. And last but not least Steph is a friendly host. I like to come back.

I was warmly welcomed by Stephane who was highly reactive to all my mails.The ensuite bedroom was splendid and leading onto a big and sunny outside terrace. The room is very quiet and bright.The cat is nice and quite shy. Stephane's flat is a top address in the heart of residencial Nizza : highly recommended !

Very friendly hosts. Lovely modern downtown flat with a short walk to the beach and to the old part of town. Room has direct access to a beautiful sunny balcony overlooking the roofs of Nice. En suite bathroom also very Nice. We had a fantstic time here and will be back!
